Consultations are available both in-person at our Delray Beach office and via telehealth for patients elsewhere in Florida. Plan for a thorough conversation — there is no rush.
A note on insurance.
Susan Baskin Longevity is an out-of-network, cash-pay practice. This allows us to give every patient the time and attention precision care requires. We're happy to provide documentation to support out-of-network reimbursement where applicable.
