About Dr. Susan Baskin

A different conversation in the exam room.

Dr. Susan Baskin built her career in cosmetic medicine — twenty-five years of it. After completing her pediatric residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, she chose aesthetics deliberately: it allowed her to practice medicine with precision and presence, while raising her family in Portland, Maine. Over the years, she built and ran her own medical practice, trained physicians for aesthetic companies, and lectured internationally.

Then the conversations in her exam room began to change.

Her patients were aging alongside her. The questions were no longer only about how they looked. They were about how they felt — the unfamiliar fatigue, the sleep that no longer restored them, the body that no longer responded the way it used to.

Susan Baskin Longevity was built for that conversation. After selling her practice in Maine and relocating to Delray Beach, Florida, Dr. Baskin now focuses entirely on the medicine she had come to believe mattered most: precision hormone and metabolic care for women navigating midlife and the years beyond.

Beyond the office

A practice rooted in real life.

When she isn't reading the latest research on hormones and peptides — which is more often than her family would like — Dr. Baskin is usually outside. She and her two children spent years exploring the trails and coastline of Maine, where her practice was based for most of her career.

Today, she lives in Delray Beach with her husband, plays pickleball when she can, and explores the city's restaurants on the evenings she's not researching.

Her patients meet a physician who understands the season of life they're in — not in theory, but in practice.
